James H. Payne, National Sales Manager
Jim brings over 30-years of commercial lighting experience to the PROLite LED family. His expertise included national and regional sales manager for numerous lighting manufacturers. He also served as a VP of Operations for a commercial lighting management company in Pennsylvania. Jim holds a BA from Penn State University and enjoys both water and snow skiing, golfing, mountain biking and playing the drums.
Sam Alicea, Vice President of Purchasing & Quotations
Sam has been with the company for about five years. He oversees all of PROLite's quotes and orders for our sales representatives. Sam brings a broad background of over 15-years sales experience in lighting and electrical customer service through many electrical distributors in Philadelphia. He is also a Penn State Alum and in his spare time enjoys working out, bowling and spending time with family. One of the many reasons Sam enjoys working at PROLite is because of our team and the company culture.
Verlette Rollins, Controller/Partner
Verlette is responsible for all financial and cost accounting functions including accounts payables and receivables, budgeting and cash flow, internal auditing, taxes, insurance, accounting system controls as well as our short and long-term financial planning. She brings over 20-years of extensive finance and accounting experience in the electrical/lighting distributor industry in Philadelphia, PA. A long-standing resident of Philadelphia, Verlette enjoys reading mystery novels, has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Christine Dalton, Vice President of Purchasing Manager
Christine brings a broad background of over 15-years in business administration experience with four years in supply-chain pricing and purchasing/buying in the greater Philadelphia region and Orlando, FL. For the last few years, Christine is responsible for managing and processing all orders and backorders for the company. She is an avid hockey fan (Go Flyers!) and enjoys listening to new styles of music. She has two sons who love trying to distract her from her hockey watching pleasure.
Danielle Alvarez, Marketing Manager
Danielle is Envoy's Marketing Manager and responsible for all marketing and social media efforts for the company. She holds a BA from Temple University and has previous marketing and social media experience in the food, radio and entertainment industries. She currently resides in Philadelphia and in her spare time enjoys being active, cooking and playing with her two puppies.
Tina Monteleone, Administrative Assistant
Tina is usually the first point of contact when you call PROLite. With seven years of office administration and customer service satisfaction under her belt, her high energy and bubbly personality made her a great addition to our team. She currently handles RMA's, freight claims, invoicing, customer service and account management. Tina is a mother to two beautiful children and takes pride in her authentic Italian cooking. Her favorite quote is, " You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."
Jennifer Thompson, Customer Service Specialist
Jennifer joins the PROLite team with quote a few years in the customer service industry. She serves as our “go to” for all return goods authorizations, billing disputes, accounts receivable, collection and warehouse reconciliations. Jennifer takes great pride in engaging with our reps and distributors with her fun personality. She is a wife and mother of two boys and one girl. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and spending time with her family.
